BIGJOE is a phone retailer based at PZ, Adum, Kumasi, near Melcom. We sell brand new phones, graded fairly used phones and Falaa Deals. Our website and mobile app bring the shop’s phone listings, ordering and customer support online.

You buy from BIGJOE. Our authorised staff manage the stock and listings; this is not an open marketplace where customers post phones or collect payments from other customers.

Brand new: check the listing for the exact model, configuration and items included.

Graded fairly used: a previously owned phone described by its individual condition and grade. Read its battery and condition information before choosing; grades should not be assumed to mean the same thing across every seller.

Falaa Deals: phones previously used in Ghana and sold to BIGJOE with known issues. The issues are disclosed on the listing and reflected in a lower price. A deal’s specific condition matters more than its headline saving.

Our used-phone intake checks include the seller’s ID and contact details, a signed sale receipt, proof of purchase, Activation Lock checks and stolen or blacklisted IMEI checks. We do not accept phones where lawful ownership cannot be established. A device-status check alone is not a guarantee of ownership.

Ask about the exact phone before ordering. Delivery areas, fees and expected dates are confirmed for each order; our delivery operating hours are Monday–Sunday, 8am–6pm, in Ghana time.
